Route Description
The 5K route takes runners from the iconic Arusha Clock Tower through the city's historic district, passing by the Natural History Museum with views of Mount Meru, before finishing at the Sheikh Amri Abeid Memorial Stadium.

Runner Safety
- All participants must wear their official race bib on the front of their body.
- Course marshals in yellow vests will be positioned at key points along the route.
- Follow all marked signs and directions from race officials.

- Stay hydrated - even in the morning hours, Arusha can be warm.
- The race will proceed in light rain but may be modified in severe weather.
